Let me think about it. The thing is that there are gazillion websites related to finance. Categorization should make sense and all, but the directory needs to be structured to represent the whole web, and I also want to categorize so that it can hold a bunch of websites comfortably.

Categorizing directories is never an easy task. There are so many things that overlap and could go in different places. I don't envy you!
