Who uses Quickbooks and do you find it meets your business needs? What alternatives are available?

I haven't used it before, but I am looking into something to keep track of my personal finance.

For my business stuff I simply have a spreadsheet.

Well I have bought it, and I must say that it is great. I have even added my busines accounts into it and it allows me a lot of flexibility in the way I read reports.

I use Quicken, which is Quickbooks little brother. I'm generally quite happy with it. I just wish it would support multiple currencies at the same time. I'm sure Quickbooks is much better though.

Yeah it works fine with multiple currencies for me. My business is in USD and personal is in CAD.

It is going to be a while before I can take advantage of all of the trending features since I only inserted the information that I had for the start of the year.
