President George W. Bush signed a $152 billion plan to fortify the flagging US economy against a recession with tax incentives for businesses and average Americans.

Will this be enough?

Of course not. This will only help for a very short period of time. It's not unthinkable that other sectors will be infected and an avalanche of bad news may follow.
